About Me

Christopher Leigh Dodson was born in Birmingham, Alabama. Christopher now resides in Palm Bay, Florida, and has been happily married to his wife, Patricia, for 34 years. They met at a Bon Jovi concert on Valentine’s Day in Birmingham, Alabama. They have four children, now adults, and two grandsons. Christopher and Patricia love playing video games together and watching reality television.

The idea for the Archmage series was thought up while spending time with family in their swimming pool. The idea was originally considered a game, and Christopher thought it had a good story, so he created Archmage, the book series.
