Connor and Alayna had never imagined the strange turn that their lives will take when one day, the two children are dropped off by their busy mother for a stay at Granny’s.
The strange and surreal story their grandmother tells them captures their interest as she recounts the tale of one brave and plucky girl facing down her own personal tragedy before attempting to shine—both in the real world and her dream world, all with the help of a few good friends.
Adventure, thrills and twists await the children as Granny relates the mysterious tale—only to give them yet another big surprise right toward the end of their stay.
Magic in a Tub is a story for Middle-grade children, though kids of all ages will love it too.
I read one page a day and by the end of the year, I was a different person. Everyday I would focus on a single quote and I would try to keep it in the front of my mind for the duration of the day and it changed the way I looked at and thought about things. Sometimes it was hard to comprehend into my own life but I made it happen and by the end, the ideas stuck with me and now I live differently. I would recommend this book highly .
